"Lovely interior — my favorite part about this restaurant is the atmosphere. The outdoor patio looks nice as well for warmer weather. The drinks were fabulous. The Veal and the French Onion Soup were standouts. You could skip the beef tartare and the pesto pasta. Bigger portion sizes than we were expecting. Decent for the price. We actually ordered too much because of this."

"I absolutely adore Le Bilboquet. This is my second visit, and once again the soup of the day completely blew me away with its depth of flavor and artistry. I’m not sure why some reviews criticize the service. Both times, ours has been excellent."

"Le Bilboquet quickly became our favorite restaurant in Denver and still is after six years here. The staff is incredible and goes out of their way to make us feel like family, especially Adele, Jen, and even the chefs Sosthene and Mateo. We’ve shared many family meals here over the years. The private dining room was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. The food is top quality and consistently great. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!"

"Great service and a beautiful spot. The French onion soup and filet were 10/10. The escargot was not great - super heavy on the bread crumbs and light on the butter / herbs. The duck was just okay."

"A Must Try Exceptional Experience! As someone who travels frequently and has experienced a wide range of highly regarded restaurants, including Michelin-starred spots, I can confidently say our dinner at Le Bilboquet in Cherry Creek stood out in the best way. The atmosphere felt effortlessly French, elegant without trying too hard. The food was excellent and one of the dishes required several modifications due to diet restrictions. Not only were they handled with a smile and without hesitation, the dish were perfectly prepared. Alessandro, our highly skilled server, made the night! Exceptional communication, professionalism, and serving skills (He didn't talk over our food when serving it). His timing was thoughtful and he paid close attention to every single detail, absolute precision, which made a lasting impression on all of us. You should experience his service yourself. Everything, from the pace of the meal to the quality and presentation, was as a refined, memorable experience we’ll absolutely come back for."

"The waitress did a great job explaining the menu. We had escargot for appetizer and it was delicious. You almost Don’t want to share that escargot that’s how good it was. We order a bottle of wine and there’s lots of different prices to choose for your budget, the Golden beet salad with goat cheese was good. Waitress suggested the white sauce pasta with scallop. The other dish was the muscles they came with french fries I didn’t think I was going to like the french fries and they were amazing. It was our anniversary and at the end they brought us two glasses with champagne and at candle, which was a really nice touch"

"Very nice atmosphere - french parisian, tilting into provence in their side room. Service - excellent. Raymond took extremely good care of us one particular busser was quite attentive Food - good, if a little underseasoned. I get that some people are afraid of seasoning, but for French cuisine I had hoped otherwise. That said there is salt and pepper on the table for a reason. Overall a very good experience. Will definitely return."

"We had an amazing experience coming here for dinner!! The food was insanely good and fresh, the service 10/10 and the restaurant itself is gorgeous. I had the salmon tartare to start and the chicken for my main. Both so good. I also tried the french garden cocktail which was light and lovely. The portion sizes and quality make the prices worth it! We’re def coming back here for another special occasion. Ps definitely a dressing-up kind of place."
